Water is the lifeblood of an induction furnace. Common reasons for power supply shutdowns is because of the inside water cooling,include cooling water flow, blocked channels or scaling, insufficient cooling tower capacity.

Solution: Check the inlet/outlet water temperature difference (about 35-40°C) and maintain clean water circulation.
