performance analysis of induction furnace
Application: Melting
Industry: Foundary
Equipment: LJ-23
90kW 1-20kHz induction power supply machine, self-developed coreless induction coil, manual tilting
Application Objectives:
The customer owned an induction iron melting furnace from another brand, but due to aging equipment and various issues, the power consumption had become excessively high. They expected LJINDUCTION to provide an iron melting solution that could reduce energy usage without affecting the overall melting performance.
Materials: iron
Process:
After analyzing the ratio between melting speed and furnace capacity, we designed a customized induction coil for the customer and upgraded the induction heating power supply system accordingly.
Results and Conclusions:
With a stable output at approximately 65% of rated power, 50kg of iron was fully melted within about 45 minutes, with energy consumption maintained at around 40kWh.

Iron induction melting furnace PLC Conlled, coreless/channels, 1150–1550°C ±5°C control, EPA 2025 ready. Faster melts, lower CO₂.
